Your crews have been working at one of our main office for the last few months. They were hired to install batteries, power plants, power distribution cabinets and run the cable in between.
This was just a small piece of what the job actually entailed. You weren’t paid to design this job but you did. With our approval your lead men not only installed the needed equipment, but they designed and installed the required mechanical infrastructure. This involved mounting Unistrut and anchoring into the ceiling, spacing and installing stanchion poles sized the cable to make sure that the voltage drops were within our specifications.
In some cases, your men discovered and pointed out that the proposed cable had been undersized. They caught this mistake, and everything was corrected in the beginning before any major problems occurred. A big thank you and shout out to your crews.
