Your guys showed up at the site around 10:00pm. The word had not been conveyed that the entrance to the site was blocked by a 4’ trench. I was amazed at how quickly your men were able to build a safe, temporary ramp to get our batteries into the site. Without missing a beat your crew got the old batteries out and the new batteries installed well within the allotted work window. I know that each piece that they dealt with was well over 600 lbs. each.
